Come Enjoy the fastest 45 minutes in Fitness! Aqua Rock is a fast paced water aerobics class!
It is offered Wednesdays from 6:30-7:15 in the Miners Bank Aquatic Center, located in Rock Ridge High School.
Enter the pool through door 26! The cost is $5.00 per time or a 6 class punch card can be purchased for $25.00 and a 12 class punch card can be purchased for $50.00. Classes can be paid for online or in person at the pool.
If you purchase a punch card bring a copy of your receipt to the sessions and the instructor will take care of it.
