Rock Ridge Springboard Diving Clinic/Diving The Right Way
Minimum of 3/Maximum 6 to hold clinic
Ages: 4th to 7th boys/girls(no prior experience necessary)
*Must be able to swim one length of the pool
Days: Monday/Wednesday
June 9,11,16*,18, 23, 25(Rock Ridge pool)
*June 16 Dryland Practice at Northern Twistars Gymnastics
Time: 10:00 am-11:15
Goals:

Fundamentals of board work, body positioning and conditioning to be competitive at every level.

Divers will learn front, back, somersault and twisting dives at all levels and more difficult dives when fundamentals are successfully accomplished.

Dryland session includes tumbling, trampoline with harness, the front approach and hurdle, back press,
Coach Dave Setnicker, Dive Coach at Mesabi East/VHS(RR) owner of Dive North is a professional dive coach and in the PDCA(Professional Coaches Diving Association).
Dive North is an affiliated AAU and USA Diving club.
Community Ed Registration Fee: $125. Please register by June 6.
