Rock Ridge Elementary Cross Country Program
*Starts Tuesday, September 2nd and ends Monday, October 20th .
This program is for 5th and 6th grade boys and girls. Join Rock Ridge Cross Country coaches and team members to learn about running, meet friends, get healthy, participate in meets and have FUN! This is a great introduction to the sport of running and a way to have fun with friends after school. Only equipment needed is a good pair of running shoes, clothing for running outside (shorts or sweats depending on the weather), and a water bottle.
Practice Location: Rock Ridge Track
Practice Days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays at 3:30pm.
Three to four meets are expected to be scheduled during the season.
Cost: $40.00 (includes new RR XC t-shirt )
